God's love for you is a vast ocean, deeper than the deepest sea and wider than the widest sky. The journey to fully comprehend the extent of His love is a lifelong adventure. So, why wait?

As Paul writes in Ephesians 3:17-19, "And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God."

Let's dive into the depths of God's love! Let's be filled with His love, overflowing into the lives of those around us.

Life can be a rollercoaster, with highs and lows. But remember, God's love for you remains steadfast, no matter the circumstances. His opinion of you is unchanging. As Colossians 1:22 says, "As a result, he has brought you into his own presence, and you are holy and blameless as you stand before him without a single fault."

Let this truth sink deep into your heart. God sees you as perfect, loved, and chosen.

Are you ready to break free from self-doubt? Claim the truth of Psalm 139:1-4. You are fearfully and wonderfully made, loved unconditionally, and accepted completely. Soar to new heights of confidence and joy!

With this unwavering belief, you can face any challenge, overcome any obstacle, and fulfill your divine purpose.


Pray & Ponder Prompts

Pray that the Holy Spirit open your spiritual eyes and mind to perceive anything he is speaking to you as you pray and ponder these questions 


  • How do you think God sees you? Does this match up with how scripture says he sees you? Does this match up with how you see yourself
  • Is there anything you find challenging, comforting or surprising about the way God sees you?
  • How can knowing God’s opinion of you change the way you approach life’s joys and challenges?
  • Ask God if there is anything about his love that he wants to reveal to you today.


Meditation visualization:

Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position and close your eyes gently. Imagine yourself standing before a mirror, observing your reflection. Notice the thoughts and feelings that arise. Are they positive or negative? Do you feel confident or insecure? Let these thoughts pass without judgment.

Now, imagine a second, radiant mirror, representing God's perception of you. As you gaze into it, see a transformed reflection: fearfully and wonderfully made, loved unconditionally, and without a single flaw. Feel the warmth of God's love enveloping you, His gentle voice whispering words of affirmation.

Slowly, merge the two mirrors, letting the distorted image fade and the radiant one take its place. This symbolizes aligning your self-perception with God's perfect view.

Take a few deep breaths, inhaling God's love and peace, exhaling negative thoughts. Express gratitude for His unconditional love and acceptance. Remember, you are fearfully and wonderfully made, loved beyond measure. Carry this feeling of God's love with you throughout your day.

Dear God, thank you for your unwavering love and acceptance. Help me to rest in the knowledge that no secret, no mistake, no failure can change your heart toward me. You already know everything about me, yet you love me unconditionally. Thank you for the security of your love. Thank you for choosing me, for sacrificing your Son for my salvation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
