Reference Scriptures - pray this prayer as you open your heart, mind and bible

Heavenly Father, May Your Holy Spirit illuminate my mind with a deep understanding of Your Word. Grant me an intense desire to seek You daily through Scripture. Empower me to discern Your divine will and purpose for my life. Shield me from distractions and fill my heart and mind with Your enlightening revelation. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“You created every part of me; you put me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because you are to be feared; all you do is strange and wonderful. I know it with all my heart. When my bones were being formed, carefully put together in my mother's womb, when I was growing there in secret, you knew that I was there— you saw me before I was born. The days allotted to me had all been recorded in your book, before any of them ever began.”

‭‭Psalm‬ ‭139‬:‭13‬-‭16‬ ‭GNT‬‬

{God created all of us and his work is wonderful and marvelous, but what stands out to me in this verse is the part about all the days allotted to me had already been recorded in his book and that means where you are, how you look and the finished product of your improvements and developments all exist in his book so just rest in the fact that when you’re in alignment you are exactly where you’re supposed to be and you will get to where you need to be!}

“Have you forgotten that your body is now the sacred temple of the Spirit of Holiness, who lives in you? You don’t belong to yourself any longer, for the gift of God, the Holy Spirit, lives inside your sanctuary.”

‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭19‬ ‭TPT‬‬

{ This verse serves as both a charge to us and a beautiful reminder the charge to us is to always acknowledge we are not our own so taking care of our physical body is an actual form of worship (placing worth) so whether that’s through physical activity, food wise, or the way we operate our bodies have holiness i them and should be treated as such, but on another note the beautiful reminder is the fact that being that the Holy Spirit has taken up residence within us he sees us as fit enough to reside in and fill us up so as a response we should want to improve our bodies to the best of our abilities so that the temple is fit for such a gift as the Holy Spirit}

“This entire building is under construction and is continually growing under his supervision until it rises up completed as the holy temple of the Lord himself. This means that God is transforming each one of you into the Holy of Holies, his dwelling place, through the power of the Holy Spirit living in you!”

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2‬:‭21‬-‭22‬ ‭TPT‬‬

{God wants us to be transformed from the inside out through our union in Christ in order to have worthy, dedicated, consecrated, sacred mobile temples for his spirit to reside and work in}

“Let not yours be the [merely] external adorning with [elaborate] interweaving and knotting of the hair, the wearing of jewelry, or changes of clothes; But let it be the inward adorning and beauty of the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible and unfading charm of a gentle and peaceful spirit, which [is not anxious or wrought up, but] is very precious in the sight of God.”

‭‭1 Peter‬ ‭3‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

{love this verse what I get from it is the FOCUS of ur beauty should be inward there is nothing wrong with being beautiful outwardly but if that’s where your value of self lies and there isn’t a gentle, peaceful, harmonious spirit underneath it all it’s for nothing}

“Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.”

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭20‬ ‭TPT‬‬

“Glory to God in the church! Glory to God in the Messiah, in Jesus! Glory down all the generations! Glory through all millennia! Oh, yes!”

‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭3‬:‭21‬ ‭MSG‬‬

{this verse just speaks to the fact that in all our striving the reason we will continually fail is because God designed us to accomplish things through and with his Spirit working within us and developing us through processes and bringing out the energy and consistency that it takes to achieve the results we are looking and yearning for }

“And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.”

‭‭Philippians‬ ‭1‬:‭6‬ ‭AMPC‬‬

{The Lord began the work in us and the process to develop, mold, shape and perfect us will be a continual process until the return of Christ}

Meditation Visualization: Ascending the Staircase of Self-Love

Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lie down. Close your eyes and take a few deep, calming breaths. As you inhale, feel your body relaxing, and as you exhale, let go of any tension or stress.

Imagine yourself standing at the base of a grand staircase. This staircase symbolizes your journey of self-improvement. Each step represents a small, achievable goal, leading you closer to a more loving and accepting version of yourself.

Begin to ascend the first step. As you do, notice the unique qualities that make you, you. Your physical features, personality traits, talents, and quirks are all part of the beautiful mosaic that is you. Embrace these qualities, letting go of any self-doubt or negative self-talk.

With each step, grow stronger and more confident. Shed old patterns of self-criticism and embrace a new perspective of self-love and acceptance. As you climb higher, feel lighter and freer, unburdened by the weight of negative thoughts.

Reaching the top of the staircase, you're greeted by a warm, radiant light. Bask in its glow, feeling a deep sense of peace and gratitude. Take a moment to appreciate the view from the top. You've come a long way, and you should be proud of your accomplishments. Take in the beauty of the world around you, knowing that you are a part of something much larger than yourself.

As you descend the staircase, carry the feelings of love, acceptance, and self-worth with you. You'll radiate positivity and confidence into every aspect of your life. When you're ready, open your eyes, feeling refreshed and renewed. Take a few deep breaths, grounding yourself in the present moment. Remember, this journey of self-love is ongoing. You have the power to continue climbing the staircase, one step at a time.

Heavenly Father, thank you for creating me uniquely. Help me to embrace my body as a temple & a gift from You. May I always strive to honor You with my body and soul. In your son Jesus' mighty matchless and holy name, Amen.
